Tequila Lime Shrimp

1 cup tequila
1/2 cup freshly squeeze lime juice (4-5 limes)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1.5 pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large casserole dish. Mix well. Add shrimp. Marinate 1 hour.

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and marinade. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp is done.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
