Salmon Spice Rub

1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp coarse salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper

1.  Mix ingredients together
2.  Rub salmon
3.  Bake in oven or grill fish.
